The Thompson Lake Environmental Association is now hiring for summer positions
We are currently seeking applicants for our Courtesy Boat Inspector program and our Youth Conservation Corps. These roles offer a great opportunity to work outdoors, protect our lake, and make a positive impact in the community.
Courtesy Boat Inspectors help prevent the spread of invasive aquatic species by educating boaters and conducting inspections at our 4 public boat launches on Thompson Lake. Youth Conservation Corps crew members assist homeowners on the lake with mitigating erosion issues, some of the projects we work on involve spreading mulch, planting and installing rubber razor bars and infiltration trenches.
